How do I obtain a Paremus Support Center account?
A

Email newsupportuser@paremus.com for a login. When making the request please include your license agreement number, your name and company name, location and a contact telephone number. Once all the necessary information has been supplied a login will be emailed to you within 48 working hours.

How do I report a fault?
A

Faults can be reported by designated customer technical representatives either via:

The customer is required to provide the following information when logging a fault:

  • Contact details (name, company, location)
  • Indication of the customer-defined priority of the fault
  • General description of the fault

After the fault has been logged, the customer will be sent an email with the unique Fault Ticket ID which must be used in all future correspondence regarding the fault.
