| Richard, as CEO and Founder, has actively driven the business and technical direction of Paremus since its formation in 2001. Richard maintains keen interest in a number of research areas including Recovery Oriented techniques, Complex Adaptive System design and Self Organized-Criticality. He is specifically interested in the application of such concepts to next generation distributed system design. Prior to founding Paremus, Richard headed the European System Engineering function for Salomon Smith Barney/Citigroup. Richard graduated from Manchester University with Honors in Physics and went on to gain an Astrophysics doctorate from the Royal Greenwich Observatory. | Nigel Squibb, Chairman |

Nigel is Paremus' non-executive Chairman, with an active involvement in technical and general business strategy. Nigel Squibb started his first company specializing in data networking in the early 1980s. Since then he has designed and built networks for many of the largest companies in Europe . He was a founder and technical director of K-NET Ltd, a successful UK network integration business, CellStack Systems Ltd, a Cambridge based networked video systems manufacturer, and Storage Area Networks Ltd, a developer and manufacturer of storage gateway devices, also located in Cambridge . These companies were sold between 1998 and 2000, and Nigel is now involved with a number of start-ups, both in IT and other sectors. Nigel is a chartered electrical engineer with a degree in Telecommunications engineering. |

| Mike Francis, Sales and Marketing Director |

Mike joined Paremus in early 2003 and is responsible for sales and marketing. Previously Area Sales Manager for Telindus , formerly K-NET Ltd, a successful pan-European network systems integrator. Mike worked for Telindus for over seven years in a new business and account management role, achieving significant success in both obtaining and retaining high profile clients. Mike holds a BA Hons degree in Business Studies and Chartered Institute of Marketing diploma. |
